Here's an omnipresent old-time song/tune, the history of which I won't try to describe here. If you're interested in that, check out the wikipedia entry. This version is distilled from the playing of the Camp Creek Boys. To avoid possible copyright issues with the Camp Creek Boys recording, here is a snippet from a late-night jam at Clifftop 2009, featuring Stefan Senders, Rafe & Clelia Stephanini and others. Their version is so similar to the Camp Creek Boys recording, I have to assume that it is a derivative of it: Except for the 2nd and 6th measures in the A part, this arrangement makes rampant use of the pushed shuffle bowing that I described in my basic shuffles tutorial. You might benefit from reviewing this tutorial before working with this tab. This is an excellent tune for burning the pushed shuffle into your nervous system.
